Getting Started

WallStage is an AI-powered tool that generates photorealistic wall mockups by compositing your artwork into interior scenes. It helps artists, photographers, and sellers showcase how their work looks in real-world settings.

Upload your artwork, choose a room type and style, then click Generate. WallStage will create a photorealistic scene with your art displayed on the wall. You can also use gallery mode for multiple artworks or describe a custom scene with text.

WallStage supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. For best results, use high-resolution images with at least 1000px on the longest side.

Features & Usage

WallStage offers several mockup types: Single Wall Mockup (one artwork in a room), Gallery Wall (2-6 artworks arranged together), Text-to-Mockup (custom scenes from your description), Room Photo (place art in your own room photo), and Custom Template (composite into your own template image).

Yes. You can choose from various frame styles and colors in the mockup settings before you generate. After generating, you can use the Touch Up feature to make additional adjustments like adding or removing mat borders.

Describe the scene you want in plain text — for example, 'a cozy Scandinavian living room with warm lighting' — and WallStage will generate a custom environment with your artwork placed naturally in the scene.

Credits & Pricing

Every new user receives 3 free lifetime credits to try WallStage. Each mockup generation uses one credit. Once your free credits are used, you can upgrade for more.

No. Free credits are lifetime credits and do not expire. Use them whenever you're ready.

Billing & Subscriptions

Your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store — WallStage does not process any transactions directly. When you subscribe, you're charged through your Apple ID and your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Yes. If you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

You can cancel through the App Store on your iPhone or iPad. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find WallStage, and tap Cancel Subscription. Before you go, we'd love the chance to keep you! Reach out to us at support@wallstage.app — we'd be happy to offer a special discount or exclusive offer in exchange for your feedback.

Since WallStage doesn't process transactions, refund decisions are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your WallStage purchase, and submit your refund request there.

Payment methods are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Payment & Shipping on your iOS device to update your payment information.

You can view your purchase history through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History to see all your App Store transactions including WallStage.

On your new device, open WallStage and use the Restore Purchases option. This will sync your subscription from the App Store to your new device.

Troubleshooting

AI image generation can take up to a minute depending on complexity. If it seems stuck, close the generation screen and try again.

Make sure your source image is high resolution and correctly oriented. Very low-resolution or heavily cropped images may not produce ideal results.

This can happen during periods of high demand, temporary system maintenance, or connectivity issues. Wait a moment and try again. If the problem persists, contact us at support@wallstage.app with details about the error.
